ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE CHECKS
Check house has been thoroughly cleaned both inside and out and that all utilities are connected. After departures your home will be completely cleaned.
- Supply and deliver welcome packs or other additional requests such as flowers, cots and highchairs.
- Checking all the lights and bulbs are in working order, if not changing them.
- Check all the electric appliances if they are working correctly.
- Put garden furniture outside.
- Turn on Air Conditioning/heating if requested
- Fridge/freezer cleared out
- All linen changed and laundered
- Patio furniture washed and covered or put away
- Make sure all doors and windows are properly closed and the alarm is active, if available
- If last used by guests, check property inventory for breakage deposit return.
